What is RentHub?
RentHub was built out of a real need experienced firsthand by its founder, Micheal Freundschuh. After decades of running Upstate Equipment—an award-winning, multi-location equipment dealership—it became clear that while the rental side of the business was growing rapidly, the available software simply wasn't built to keep up with equipment dealers like theirs. Multiple disconnected tools were required to accomplish what a single, purpose-built platform should do.
To solve this problem, Micheal left the dealership and partnered with Constellation Software to create RentHub—the world's leading rental management software, built by dealers, for dealers. RentHub is the rental management platform its creators always wished they had: designed specifically for equipment dealers and built using modern technology, clean code, and powerful tools.
